As of May 2025, there is now a brand new published wicking test standard, the 'AATCC TM217 Liquid Moisture Management: Vertical and Horizontal Wicking - Image Analysis', developed in conjunction with the James Heal team. This webinar will detail this full journey from testing to the final publication.

Moisture management is critical for user comfort and safety, to ensure that garments effectively dispel moisture, and return to a dry state.

In this webinar, we will detail why an effective and current moisture management testing system is beneficial for many reasons, when discussing the performance wear produced in todays climate.

We will be joined in this session by guest speaker Colin Whittaker, who is chair of the AATCC Moisture Management Committee, and also Business Development Manager here at James Heal, to discuss the process of this new method and eventual standard getting published.
